Tone Bratteteig is Professor at the University of Oslo and leads a research group on Design of Information Technology. Her main research area is Participatory Design, grounded in the Scandinavian Information Systems Research tradition. She has also published in CSCW and HCI, and is doing inter-disciplinary research on design and use of IT.


Ina Wagner is Professor em. at Vienna University of Technology and holds an Adjunct Professor position at the University of Oslo. Her research is anchored in CSCW and Participatory Design. She also has published on a feminist perspective in science and technology, as well as on ethical and political issues in systems design. She is a member of the Austrian Bioethics Committee since 2001. In 2011 she was awarded the ‘Woman’s Prize of the City of Vienna’ and the ‘Gabriele Possanner Staatspreis′.
